-Virtual Merchant User Group Forum-
Due to the number of agencies using Virtual Merchant for credit/debit card transactions, OST's Relationship Management Team will be hosting a Virtual Merchant User Group Forum.  The purpose of this forum will be to keep users informed about the application, to address issues, and to discuss best practices using the application.  Virtual Merchant experts from U.S. Bank will be on the call and available to discuss topics and answer questions.  The user group will be available to Agencies and Universities currently using Virtual Merchant.

2.       On the left hand side of the page near the bottom, click on the "Learning Center" button

3.       Then "Course Catalog"

4.       Search the course catalog..type "OST" and the" Virtual Merchant Users Group Forum - 10/15/09" will pop up
