[Treasury-News] Posting Delay - SFMS Transfer File for September 15th

The daily SFMS transfer file was not posted at Treasury today (9/15/14).  SFMS transfer activity that should have posted at Treasury today will be posted tomorrow (9/16/14), along with the daily SFMS transfer activity for tomorrow.

SFMS transfer activity that should have posted at Treasury today will be backdated to today's date for interest purposes.
