Delayed Posting of Certain October Banking Services Fees
Due to a processing error at Treasury, the following Banking Services fees for October were not posted to agency accounts yesterday:


§  ACH Incoming Fee

§  ACH Direct Deposit Fee

§  ACH Direct Payment Fee

§  Transfer Out Fee

§  Transfer In Fee

§  Redeemed Check/Warrant Fee

§  Returned Check Fee

§  Manual Transfer In Fee

§  Manual Transfer Out Fee

§  Returned ACH CR Fee

§  Returned ACH DR Fee

These October fees will post to agency accounts today, November 1, with the document number “FEE110118.” Please note that October fees interfacing into SFMA will require two entries by the agency: one for the “FEE103118” document number transaction and a second for the “FEE110118” document number transaction.
