SWARM is pleased to announce two new additions to the accounts receivable (A/R) toolkit:

1) Interest calculation worksheet sample
2) Liquidated and delinquent account tracking spreadsheet sample

Both files are available for download via the following link: http://www.oregon.gov/das/Financial/Acctng/Pages/Accounts-receivable-resources.aspx#toolkit.

Agencies are not required to use the files included in the A/R toolkit; rather, the information is available to provide agencies options for enhancing internal accounts receivable management processes.
