[Accounts-receivable-news] FY 2018 Liquidated and Delinquent Account Reporting: Website Open and Training Seats Available

Good morning and happy Wednesday everyone!

'Tis the season to report liquidated and delinquent account activity to the Legislative Fiscal Office (LFO). ORS 293.229<https://www.oregonlegislature.gov/bills_laws/ors/ors293.html> requires agencies to report to LFO the previous fiscal year's (FY) liquidated and delinquent account activity including efforts made by the agency to collect the accounts reported.

The annual LFO report training will be held in the Employment Auditorium on Wednesday, August 29 at 10:00am. Seating is limited, so please register today in iLearn<https://ilearn.oregon.gov/ContentDetails.aspx?id=0A3FC2819E9143D3A5DC8570B994EE88>.

Due to the various reporting changes associated with FY 2018, LFO opened the Delinquent Account Reporting System<https://apps.leg.state.or.us/DelinquentAccounts/Account/LogOn?ReturnUrl=/Delinquentaccounts> early. The website is now available for agencies to enter applicable FY 2018 data. As a reminder, please enter all applicable reporting elements into the Delinquent Account Reporting System by September 28, 2018. Please submit your reports as early as possible to provide adequate time for SWARM to review the data and follow-up with any additional agency actions that may be required.
