Good afternoon.
The statewide policy associated with assignments and exemptions (OAM 35.40.10<https://www.oregon.gov/das/Financial/Acctng/Documents/35.40.10.pdf>), as well as the corresponding Oregon Administrative Rules (OAR 122-085-0100 thru 0160<https://www.oregon.gov/das/Financial/Pages/rulemaking.aspx>) have been published with an effective date of 12/01/2018.
As a result of comments received during the OAR review process, paragraphs 107 and 109.r of OAM 35.40.10 were updated to align with the revisions incorporated into the OAR.
Additionally, OAR 122-085-0200, relating to the use of social security numbers for debt collection purposes, was published with an effective date of 12/01/2018. An OAM policy to correspond with this OAR will be drafted soon.
