[Accounts-receivable-news] Accounts Receivable Performance Measure training and reminder that reports are due by October 1

SWARM is also pleased to announce that new training is available for agencies regarding Accounts Receivable Performance Measures (ARPM)- Developing agency targets, this training is part 2 of 3.  This training is available at:  https://www.oregon.gov/das/Financial/Acctng/Pages/Training.aspx, click on the link for Accounts Receivable training and workshops.  The training includes audio.

This training is offered to assist agencies with developing ARPM targets for the next reporting period which must be included when submitting reports for quarter 4 and annual measures for FY 2018 that are due by October 1.

The 4th Quarter measures for FY 2018 (OAM 35.60.20<https://www.oregon.gov/das/Financial/Acctng/Documents/35.60.20.pdf> paragraphs 105 and 106)- Required by all agencies subject to the Oregon Accounting Manual and agencies subject to Executive Order 17-09<https://www.oregon.gov/gov/Documents/executive_orders/eo_17-09.pdf>.

Required Annual performance measures (OAM 35.60.20<https://www.oregon.gov/das/Financial/Acctng/Documents/35.60.20.pdf> paragraphs 107-109)- Required by all agencies subject to the Oregon Accounting Manual.

Recommended Annual performance measures (OAM 35.60.20<https://www.oregon.gov/das/Financial/Acctng/Documents/35.60.20.pdf> paragraphs 111, 113 and 114)- Recommended for all agencies subject to the Oregon Accounting Manual.

The ARPM report must be submitted using the form available at https://www.oregon.gov/das/Financial/Acctng/Documents/75.35.12.FO.xls.
