[Accounts-receivable-news] SWARM survey of agency billing practices

Good afternoon,

SWARM is conducting a survey of agency billing practices, this is a short survey (12 questions total, 10 multiple choice) and should take between 10-15 minutes to complete.  We are asking all agencies to respond to the survey (there is an option to select "No billings or receivables established").  SWARM will be using the information collected from the survey to develop resources and training materials on best practices and recommendations for improving billing processes.
