Good morning everyone.

We will be sending out ARCC minutes next week, but wanted to send a quick reminder for several items of importance.

  1. Don't forget that your 3Q ARPMs are due no later than next Thursday (4/30/20).
  2. If you haven't yet done so, please respond to the SWARM survey on agency billing practices. Today is the final day to respond to this survey. Here's the link:

https://oregondas.allegiancetech.com/cgi-bin/qwebcorporate.dll?idx=DQHCYY.

This is a very short survey, but the information you provide will help SWARM customize our training and resources over the coming year.
  3. We've updated the Accounts Receivable FAQs related to COVID-19 and published the update on the SWARM website: https://www.oregon.gov/das/Financial/Acctng/Documents/COVID-19%20A-R%20FAQ.pdf.

The updated FAQ answers some questions SWARM received concerning (1) sending collections letters while telecommuting and (2) the Governor's Executive Order concerning garnishment of CARES Act payments and whether this has any affect on Vendor Coordination.

If you have specific questions, please contact your SWARM analyst.

Stay safe and enjoy your weekend!
