Good afternoon,



The ARCC meeting schedule for June 16th has been cancelled.  Below are some important announcements:



1.       Please make sure that entries are completed by the end of June for accounts that meet the criteria and eligibility for write-off as required by OAM 35.50.10<https://www.oregon.gov/das/Financial/Acctng/Documents/35.50.10.pdf>.

2.       Due to the pandemic, this year's LFO training will be posted to the SWARM website for agency viewing.   As you know, attending the LFO training is one of the requirements to qualifying for the A/R Honor Roll.  This requirement will be met when an agency representative affirms to SWARM (SWARM at oregon.gov<mailto:SWARM at oregon.gov>) that they have watched the training. A separate email with a link to the training will be provided once the training is available for viewing.



If anyone has any questions, please contact your SWARM analyst.

The next ARCC meeting is scheduled for August 18th.
