Good morning,

SWARM has received questions recently regarding potential impacts of Covid-19 on accounts receivable processes.  In response we have created a frequently asked questions document and posted it to the SWARM website.  If you have questions that are not included in this document we encourage you to send your questions to us at SWARM at oregon.gov<mailto:SWARM at oregon.gov>.  SWARM will update the document as needed, so please check back for new information.

During this unprecedented time, we encourage agencies to maintain a balance between the agency responsibility to collect accounts receivable with the needs of Oregon citizens who have been impacted financially by Covid-19.
