The minutes and recording from last weeks Accounts Receivable Core Committee meeting are now posted to the SWARM website: https://www.oregon.gov/das/Financial/Acctng/Pages/Accounts-receivable-resources.aspx)

Please note that anyone who would like to access the Bankruptcy 101 Training from the National Association of Attorneys General needs to email SWARM.DAS at das.oregon.gov<mailto:SWARM.DAS at das.oregon.gov> no later than 5:00 pm on April 1, 2024 with the name and email address of the staff they would like to receive access. Please read the minutes for more details.

SWARM is also requesting agencies to verify their accounts receivable contacts (https://www.oregon.gov/das/Financial/Acctng/Documents/AR_Contacts.pdf) and email SWARM.DAS at das.oregon.gov<mailto:SWARM.DAS at das.oregon.gov> by April 5, 2024 if there are any changes.
