[Accounts-receivable-news] Reminder: Year-end Accounts Receivable Report training 8/20/24

Good morning everyone,

Just a quick reminder that the Year-end Accounts Receivable Report training will be next Tuesday (August 20, 2024) at 10:00. The training will be in Conference Room 260 in the L&I building (350 Winter St., Salem<https://www.google.com/maps/place/350+Winter+St+NE,+Salem,+OR+97301/@44.9411584,-123.0328926,17z/data=!3m1!4b1!4m6!3m5!1s0x54bfff118b7482eb:0x1508ee95827edc59!8m2!3d44.9411546!4d-123.0303177!16s%2Fg%2F11bw3ygs5j?entry=ttu>). Conference room 260 is located on the 2nd floor of the L&I building, turn to the left as you exit the elevator and look for the sign.

Parking is available Winter Street or around the corner on Chemeketa Street (between Winter and Cottage), these are city parking spaces and there are electronic pay stations<https://www.cityofsalem.net/community/neighborhoods/parking/where-to-park/parking-meters> located nearby ($1.50 per hour). Parking is also available at the yellow lot<https://www.oregon.gov/das/fleetpark/Documents/yellow_flyer.pdf> just north of the L&I building ($6 total).

You do not need to "register" for this training, if you are able to attend in person there will be a sign-in sheet to record your attendance. If you are unable to attend in person the training will be recorded and posted on the SWARM resources website a few days after the training, you will need to email SWARM.das at DAS.Oregon.Gov<mailto:SWARM.das at DAS.Oregon.Gov> once you have completed watching the recording. Completion of the training is a requirement for the A/R Honor Roll<https://www.oregon.gov/das/Financial/Acctng/Documents/AR%20Honor%20Roll%20key%20dates%20FY2024.pdf>.
