Good afternoon,



Statewide Accounts Receivable Management (SWARM), Department of Revenue (DOR) and Statewide Financial Management Services (SFMS) are happy to announce an upcoming joint training on the DOR Vendor Garnishment process that agency's are required to follow per OAM 35.30.90. This training will be tailored to those agencies that use R*STARS to process vendor payments.



This training will be held virtually on Microsoft Teams from 9 a.m. to noon on Thursday, 10/10/24. Please register on Workday Learning using the following link:

The agenda will include:



  *   Overview of OAM 35.30.90
  *   How R*STARS inactivates Vendor Profiles that are on the DOR Debtor List
  *   Using DOR Revenue Online for Vendor Payment Notification
  *   Process to establish Mail Code 444 for Vendor Garnishment Payments
  *   How to enter a DOR Vendor Garnishment Payment in R*STARS
  *   Security Access for R*STARS & Revenue Online



You will receive a Teams meeting link upon enrollment to copy paste into your browser on the morning of the training. The Teams meeting will open 15 minutes before the training begins to allow individuals to test their connection and settings.



Representatives from SWARM, DOR and SFMS will be leading the training so please feel free to bring your questions.
