[Accounts-receivable-news] Year End A/R and LFO Training reminder

Good morning,

Just a quick reminder that the Year End A/R and LFO Training will be on Monday, August 18th at 10:30 am at the Labor and Industries Building (350 Winter St, Salem). There has been a room change, we will now be in Conference Room F, which is in the basement. There will be signs posted at the elevators as well.

Parking is available Winter Street or around the corner on Chemeketa Street (between Winter and Cottage), these are city parking spaces and there are electronic pay stations<https://www.cityofsalem.net/community/neighborhoods/parking/where-to-park/parking-meters> located nearby ($1.50 per hour, the training should be over around noon). There is a limited number of metered parking spaces available in the Capitol mall parking structure<https://www.oregon.gov/das/fleetpark/Pages/daymonth.aspx>. Parking is available at the yellow lot<https://www.oregon.gov/das/fleetpark/Documents/yellow_flyer.pdf> just north of the L&I building ($6 daily total).

You do not need to "register" for this training, if you are able to attend in person there will be a sign-in sheet to record your attendance. If you are unable to attend in person, the training will be recorded and posted on the SWARM resources website a few days after the training. Those who watch the recording will need to email SWARM.das at DAS.Oregon.Gov<mailto:SWARM.das at DAS.Oregon.Gov> once you have completed watching the recording. At least one person in each agency must complete the training to remain eligible for the A/R Honor Roll<https://www.oregon.gov/das/Financial/Acctng/Documents/AR%20Honor%20Roll%20key%20dates%20FY2025.pdf>.
