<p class="MsoNormal">SWARM is pleased to announce the release of the <i>first ever</i> Statewide Accounts Receivable Management Report. This report is required from DAS per ORS 293.252 (1)(e) and is based on the FY 2016 data on liquidated and delinquent accounts
reported to the Legislative Fiscal Office. The report is designed to provide an overview of state debt collections while identifying issues, trends and efforts made to improve collections.
