<a href="https://www.oregon.gov/gov/Documents/executive_orders/eo_17-09.pdf">Executive Order 17-09</a> requires Executive Department agencies (and encourages others) to submit a report to DAS by
<b>June 30, 2017 </b>that includes information regarding the Liquidated and Delinquent debt from the most recent fiscal year, the amount the agency believes to be reasonably recoverable and how the agencies debt collection practices meet or will meet the guidelines
in the <a href="http://www.oregon.gov/das/Financial/Acctng/Pages/OAM.aspx">Oregon Accounting Manual</a>. In addition agencies are to identify how the passage of
<a href="https://olis.leg.state.or.us/liz/2017R1/Measures/Overview/SB0089">SB 89</a> will impact their debt collection processes.

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">The Executive Order further directs agencies to make referral to the Department of Revenue Other Agency Accounts Unit no later than
<b>60 days</b> after the debt is declared Liquidated and Delinquent, or as allowed by the Oregon Accounting Manual.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
