reporting measurement that tracks debt collection activities. The quarterly reporting measurements are documented in the Accounts Receivable Performance Measurement (ARPM) policy (<a href="http://www.oregon.gov/das/Financial/Acctng/Documents/35.60.20%20Performance%20Metrics.pdf">OAM
35.60.20</a>) which was posted for agency comment between Sept. 21 and Oct. 4. Thank you to all of those who provided comments; SWARM appreciates the feedback.

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Based on the comments received, and discussions with DAS leadership, the initial due date for quarterly reporting will be extended to November; SWARM will notify state agencies
of the new due date once determined. We are expecting the quarterly ARPMs referenced in
<a href="http://www.oregon.gov/das/Financial/Acctng/Documents/35.60.20%20Performance%20Metrics.pdf">
OAM 35.60.20</a> will remain the same. <o:p></o:p></span></p>
