Good morning.

The statewide balancing reports have been updated and posted to the web. The reports contain data through July 16, 2021.

Please use these reports to monitor your agency's records and work with other agencies to correct any transactions that are out-of-balance at the statewide level or that have an incorrect GASB 38 code.

The SWB reports are available via the following link: http://www.oregon.gov/das/Financial/Acctng/Pages/Balancing.aspx.

Given that this is the start of Month 13, things change a little bit with the statewide balancing reports.

During Month 13, the statewide balancing reports will update three times a week on the same schedule as the YE Tables in the Datamart. No additional FY 2021 SWB report reminders will be sent from this point forward. Here is the schedule at a glance:

Please start using the YE tables on Wednesday, July 21, 2021.

In addition, the "YE Active Acctg Event" table will be updated with new data on the last three Wednesdays of Month 13, and therefore viewable on the last three Thursdays of Month 13, which are: 7/29/2021, 8/05/2021, and 8/12/2021.
