Just a reminder for any agencies that have not yet watched the YE Close Training and notified their SARS Analyst. Please be sure to do both by COB tomorrow as it is a Gold Star Date. We don't want any agencies to miss out on their Gold Star Certificate for FY 2021!

The FY 2021 SARS Year-end Close Training is now available on the SARS training and resources webpage<https://www.oregon.gov/das/Financial/Acctng/Pages/Training.aspx>. This year's training was divided into three separate recordings using MS Teams:

2) Budgetary Reporting-End of Biennium [https://www.oregon.gov/das/Financial/Acctng/Documents/FY%202021%20SARS%20YEC%20Training-Part%202.mp4], and
3) Disclosures [https://www.oregon.gov/das/Financial/Acctng/Documents/FY%202021%20SARS%20YEC%20Training-Part%203.mp4].

Note: MS Teams is not required to view the recordings; however, if you have trouble accessing the recordings, please send an email to Stacey.A.Chase at oregon.gov<mailto:Stacey.A.Chase at oregon.gov>.

*** To meet the Gold Star requirement for training attendance, the agency must review all three recorded training presentations. Once completed, please send an email to your SARS Analyst to document the training attendance requirement was met, the viewing and the notification to your SARS analyst must occur by close of business on Friday, July 30.
