Good morning. OMB is pleased to share the list of financial assistance programs funded by the American Rescue Plan Act (ARP), available on CFO.gov at https://www.cfo.gov/assets/files/Approved_American_Rescue_Plan_Assistance_Listings_9.28.2021.pdf.

As stated in M-21-20, Promoting Public Trust in the Federal Government through Effective Implementation of the American Rescue Plan (ARP) Act and Stewardship of the Taxpayer Resources, the Administration is committed to effective implementation and stewardship of ARP funds.  In order to promote transparency of Coronavirus Relief Funds authorized and funded via ARP under Public Law 117-02, OMB compiled a listing of ARP financial assistance programs.  Due to the ongoing nature of implementation of these programs, additional assistance listings may be identified over time, and this list may be updated. The list is intended as a general guide, rather than a definitive list.
