This statement is effective periods ending after December 15, 2021 though the state will early implement with its FY 2021 annual report as allowed by the standard and consistent with many other governments. This important standard officially changes the name of the annual report from the "Comprehensive Annual Financial Report" to "Annual Comprehensive Financial Report" or ACFR.
