[ACFR-contacts-news] Update on SARS Changes + Revised Agency Assignments

Greetings ACFR Contacts,

As I've shared in some recent emails, there have been a number of changes to the SARS team. However, with changes comes opportunities and I'm excited to share that we have a new Senior Accounting Analyst on the SARS team, Valya Rizzo! Most of Valya's state experience has been with the DAS Accounting, where she had a number of positions as she rose through the ranks; experience that will serve her will on the SARS team.
