[ACFR-contacts-news] SEFA and post-close and/or audit adjustments

Hello ACFR Contacts,

Consistent with prior years, in the event that your agency has any post-close and/or audit adjustments that relate to a federal program:


  *   Agencies must determine the dollar amount of the adjustment by Assistance Listing number and title and communicate the information to Karen Williams (cc'd), who is our Statewide Financial Compliance Analyst and compiles the state's SEFA. Karen's email is Karen.A.WILLIAMS at das.oregon.gov<mailto:Karen.A.WILLIAMS at das.oregon.gov>.



  *   SARS and SOS Audits will determine the impact to the SEFA.



  *   If SARS and SOS Audits determine it's necessary, SARS will request the agency to submit a SEFA corrections form.


In consultation with SOS Audits, we're requesting that this information be submitted no later than Friday, January 20.
