Hello ACFR Contacts,
Three OAMs have been updated:
* 35.30.30, Accounts Receivable Management - Account Activity: Definitions - Liquidated and Delinquent
Reflecting updates to the definition of liquidated and delinquent, designed to be easier to read and more concise. It also provides direction regarding agency efforts to liquidate a debt and actions Department of Revenue may take to collect debt, depending upon which criteria was met for the debt to be considered liquidated.
* 35.30.90, Accounts Receivable Management - Account Activity: Coordination of Vendor Payments
* 55.30.30, Other Programs - SPOTS Purchase Card
The primary focus of the changes associated with OAM 35.30.90 is to incorporate alternative payment methods, such as with a SPOTS card, into the vendor coordination process. OAM 55.30.30 incorporated similar changes along with some others.
There is a SPOTS User Forum tomorrow, May 4 and the impact of these policies will be a topic.
The complete Chapter 35 OAM has been updated to reflect these versions, as has the complete OAM.
