[ACFR-contacts-news] Career Mobility Project - Accountant 1 and 2 positions

Good morning,

There is a new program starting for state workers called The Career Mobility Program, which offers no-cost education and guided support for employees to move into Accountant 1 & 2 positions. It's a year-long program that will allow participants to continue working and maintain their benefits while moving forward in their careers. In addition, an attached flyer has details on an information session about Career Mobility coming up on October 16, 2023.

Application Process:
Classes are scheduled to begin January 8, 2024, and applications must be submitted no later than 5:00 p.m. on November 2, 2023. The application portal opened on October 2, 2023. Incomplete applications will not be considered. To apply, you must submit a full application on the Uplift Oregon Website (www.upliftoregon.org/career-mobility/<http://www.upliftoregon.org/career-mobility/>).

With the continuing need for qualified accountants in state government, this is a really exciting new program for state workers and state agencies!
