Greetings,

OAM 55.30.00 Other Programs - SPOTS Purchase Card Program has been revised and placed out-for-comment with a comment deadline of August 2, 2024.

Changes include:

  *   Minor sentence structure and grammar corrections.
  *   Rewrite to paragraph 103, including update pursuant to SB 1047 (2023).
  *   Incorporating Office of State Controller (OSC)
  *   Clarification of paragraph 131.g. regarding purchases airline tickets with a SPOTS card.
