[ACFR-contacts-news] Communicating Audit Related Issues to Your SOS Auditors

Hello ACFR Contacts,

As we've kickstarted the ACFR, I want to send a quick note on communication. If your agency is currently having fieldwork performed by the Secretary of State Audits Division and you are working with your SARS Analyst on an issue that impacts an account under audit, please be sure to communicate this to your assigned auditor, even if they haven't specifically asked about it.

Proactively sharing this information helps ensure the Audits team has the full picture when evaluating whether audit adjustments are needed. Your continued collaboration plays a key role in helping us all move through this process with confidence and clarity.
