<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Roboto">I have received a request from an agency to consider moving the date by which the final confirmation of outstanding balances between agencies and public universities (including OHSU) occurs.
Given that Month 13 closes this year on August 16, past practice would have had that confirmation date occurring on Wednesday, August 14. The request is to move it up the deadline one week to Wednesday, August 7, so that it occurs during the week of soft close
for FY 2024 and beyond. <o:p></o:p></span></p>
