[Address_fit] Meeting Follow-Up

Hello Team,

Thank you for joining us for the FIT meeting on Wednesday. We had a great turnout (24 folks), interesting presentations from Matt and Melissa, and quite a few questions, comments and discussions. I apologize for the technical issues which cut my presentation on the address standard workgroup short. I also apologize for forgetting to record this meeting. I have put the presentation slides and other handouts in both the Teams Channel and the FTP site.

Congratulations to Matt who was voted in as co-lead of the Addresses and Buildings Framework Implementation Team! I really appreciate his help and we will work closely together to coordinate both the addresses and building footprints work of the team.

One of the areas that we really need to improve is communication and collaboration. Any suggestions on how to better communicate and collaborate are welcome. We want to make it much easier for everyone to participate on the team.

The address standards workgroup is just getting started and anyone who is interested in helping us create a state address standard is welcome. I anticipate holding monthly meetings starting June 18th. Just let me know if you are interested and I will add you to the workgroup.
