[Admin_Boundaries_FIT] Admin Boundaries FIT updates and next meeting

Good morning, Admin Boundaries FIT.

At the last meeting<https://ftp.gis.oregon.gov/framework/ZZ_SHARE/MINUTES/FIT/TEAMS/ADMIN_BOUNDARIES/_ADMIN/2024/20240402_AB_FIT_Minutes.pdf> we continued to develop a work plan for the theme. Several ideas were floated that are currently being worked on, including cleaning up contacts and reviewing outreach opportunities.

Ariel Low graciously volunteered to create a FIT dashboard, which is up and an amazing resource. It is searchable by theme. The dashboard quickly visualizes update frequency and date last updated, the top 25 steward organizations, and which data elements have stewardship plans and data standards. If you're able, you can review your own data elements and see if anything needs updating or cleaning up. If you see corrections that need to be made, please let me know and I can coordinate with DAS GEO.

We will be meeting again in May to elaborate more on ideas posed at the last meeting, including how to identify candidates for new stewardship plans and standards, a possible Teams channel for FITs, and updates to the inventory.
