<div>2. the reason the State Library is not purchasing a statewide membership for Oregon libraries is that <span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Calibri, Verdana, Helvetica, Arial; font-size: 15px; ">LYRASIS does not offer a statewide membership

 like BCR did.  </span></div>
