ideally by late February – early March 2021 via USPS. This copy can be photocopied and distributed to the rest of the library staff for training purposes, Library staff can also access the Toolkit e-version, via the OLA website around the same period of time
listed above. </span></p>

via Zoom. PLD will distribute the Zoom info and agenda near the event’s date. The training will be held with no interruption and will be recorded for future reference so Library Directors/Managers/Supervisors who won’t be able to join that particular day,
will have a chance to watch and share the Toolkit’s vision to their staff. The recording of the training and the e-version of the Toolkit will be available on the OLA webpage. PLD will also distribute the link to the Toolkit e-version via email.</span></p>
