[Answerland-summit] Followup to 2/5 meeting

Hello Reference Summit planning team,

Action items to complete by next meeting (unless otherwise noted):

*       All:

o   Think about people who could speak on marketing reference services, and add ideas to possible presenters<https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1ZWXFmZu9zBk-IAhLHxel9DlFZN3Fc6ILd2LCc9ax5-U/edit> list.

o   Review proposal submissions<https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1j5XXgRczkQRlVmSKfnKoxcWqi0u36MS64Q3bfrF4Dbw/edit#gid=1926538343> after deadline (which is 2/9).

*       Daina:

o   Confirm with OSU that they provide water in rooms.

o   Start working on scholarships<https://docs.google.com/document/d/1EflHTemujeWTTJ6-vOdAfMA76MJE_uiZmS9hBMeGe2s/edit> with Robin.

*       Lori: Start working on registration tasks<https://docs.google.com/document/d/1Cwd2Fr-uwJ6WgxC7jPePm9_4dgFmGk2u_m5DNv80NCA/edit> with Tamara.

*       Natalie: Ask caterer if can reserve for 100 meals now, and give exact numbers after registration closes in early May. Get an estimate from them for the 2 lunch options.

*       Robin:

o   Start working on scholarships<https://docs.google.com/document/d/1EflHTemujeWTTJ6-vOdAfMA76MJE_uiZmS9hBMeGe2s/edit> with Daina.

o   Once hotel contract signed, get catering prices. Find out about bar options.

*       Tamara:

o   Send out final call for proposals on 2/5.

o   Get contract with hotel signed.

o   Get cost estimate on videographer.

o   Start working on registration tasks<https://docs.google.com/document/d/1Cwd2Fr-uwJ6WgxC7jPePm9_4dgFmGk2u_m5DNv80NCA/edit> with Lori.
