Hello Reference Summit planning team,

Action items to complete by next meeting (unless otherwise noted)

*       ALL: review "call for proposals<https://docs.google.com/document/d/1uYEjergJcRTg0v6rkuqdZWpmWkPUcmQwekiMAkIVMkw/edit>" message and send comments to Tamara by EOB Tue (1/9)

*       Lori: confirm Rita Jimenez (or another MCL librarian) as a presenter

*       Natalie: contact Valley catering - are they available?  How much coffee? We don't want to run out :) By when do we need to place an order? Contract?

*       Robin: followup with Hilton [waiting for them to call back]

*       Sue: confirm Kelly McElroy as a presenter

*       Tamara:

o   get stats on views of previous Summits

o   confirm Donna Cohen as a presenter

o   post/send out message by Wed (1/10)

o   create hashtags for event
