Hello Reference Summit planning team,

Action items:

*       Lori:

o   Send out evaluations reminder.

o   Look at other event spaces in the Willamette Valley area

*       Natalie: Look at other events (OLA, ALA midwinter, ILAGO, ACRL-OR, Leadership Institute) and academic calendars (school)

*       Tamara:

o   Contact Sue about attendance numbers and add to doc<https://docs.google.com/document/d/1j7rNYzLtTnjg3_diMdZQUab_KXLEzreNRi_kvj9prYc/edit>

o   Final money things (divide up registration proceeds; pay keynote)

o   Follow-up with Shirley re: NW Central.

o   Ask Sue if wants to continue on committee

o   Find out about money
