If that amount is reasonable for our budget, I vote we go for it. I think in the long run it will save us a lot of setup chaos and it will avoid the underfilled arena scenario of the big room.

If it is not too expensive, that seems fine to me. I would guess that each session would have about 35 anyway if everyone breaks out fairly equally but I suppose a popular one might overfill it.

Ag Science is booked. There is another option. I emailed back to ask the name (to find on the map) and the additional cost. Here is the initial information.
From Tina at the Conference center:
No is it is now booked. I do have one other room – slightly smaller will hold 50 in theater or 35 in classrooms. 780 sq feet vs 1,040 sq feet
