[Answerland-summit] Followup to 3/28 meeting

Sorry I wasn't available for the meeting. As an update, we have 6
scholarship applications as of today. That seems pretty good for a few
weeks before the deadline. I will send out an additional email promoting
the scholarship in a week or two. I'd love to get at least ten apps!
