Hello Reference Summit planning team,

Action items:

  *   All: Add ideas to the program brainstorming doc<https://docs.google.com/document/d/1IJ17RiJiL2LOAe2nkL9jUl8Txp4NbfubSeM0SKOuoWk/edit#heading=h.hqqjm3vbibw5> by Dec 7.
  *   Aja: Book block of hotel rooms by end of Feb
  *   Claire: After Dec. 7, create program outline and draft call for proposals by Dec 31
  *   Natalie: Book caterer and hotel social room (University Club) by end of Feb
  *   Sarah: create webpage and send out "Save the Date" by Dec 10
  *   Sue: After Dec. 7, book a morning speaker by Dec 31 (if possible)

Our next meeting will be in January; I will send out a Doodle poll in Dec.
