[Answerland-summit] New proposal from LCC fro Reference Summit space

Hi all,

So, the new proposal from The Center at LCC has knocked over off $2,000 from the previous one!

It's one large room that can fit about 100 people...that we have all day and the coffee/tea will be in this room. Lunch is set up in the lobby, as well as registration...and the eating tables are also in this same larger room.

Then there is one other break out room...when set up classroom style this room only fits 20 people though. Theater style it can fit 40. It's only $130 for another room the same size.

I imagine once we see what proposals we get for speakers, we could tweak the space as well.

I've attached the new proposal, as well as the non-profit rates for LCC.
