Hello Reference Summit planning team,

Action items:

  *   Aja: Book block of hotel rooms by end of Feb
  *   Natalie: Book caterer and hotel social room (University Club) by end of Feb
  *   Sarah: Issue call for proposals by Jan 14
  *   Sue: Book a morning speaker
  *   Tamara: book hotel room for social event
