I added info about the hotel back to the website<https://answerland.org/news-events/summit/> (under program schedule, before “About the Summit”). Hopefully that should work. If not, it should be fine to use the first page of the contract.

Hi All,

In order for me to get reimbursed for my hotel while at the Ref Summit, my business office here wants proof that the Hilton Garden Inn was the designated conference hotel. I couldn't find any info about this on the Summit website (which makes sense because the event is over) and I couldn't find any of our announcements that specify that it is the hotel. Does anyone have anything that shows that this is the designated hotel? I found our contract with the Hilton in the Google folder, and I can give them the first page, but I wanted to check to see if it was okay before I shared that.
