-          Sarah will be uploading the program info to the website.

-          I’m not sure scholarships will be ready by that date (Mark/Robin – any update?), so perhaps a “stay tuned for more…” message?

-          Since we have one of the breakout sessions in the ballroom this year and it can hold a lot of people, Claire and I were wondering if we should add the breakout sessions to the registration and ask people to pick ones they think they may attend. That will help us decide on room locations. Thoughts?

Hi all,
Below is the draft email for registration. It will go out on March 18 and registration will close on May 17, two weeks before the event (Natalie, let me know if that works for the catering headcount). Last year we closed it a month before and folks still trickled in wanting to register.

You'll see that a few links lead to old pages. Shirley at the State Library is working on the registration form for us, We'll need to add the food info and the scholarship info as well. Will we also want some program info up by then?

Registration is now open for the Oregon Reference Summit<https://answerland.org/news-events/summit/> being held Friday, May 31, 2019 at The CH2M Hill Alumni Center<https://www.osualum.com/s/359/16/interior.aspx?sid=359&gid=1001&pgid=285> at Oregon State University in Corvallis, Oregon.

This is a one-day conference with reference-focused content appropriate for all skill levels, library types, and experiences. It is an excellent opportunity to meet reference staff from around the state face-to-face and exchange ideas.
