[Answerland-summit] Meeting today & Jan program

Good morning,
I want to give a heads up that I may not make the meeting today: I am just getting ready to go to Portland to sell my car (which died on me up there 3 weeks ago) and potentially look at one to buy. It may be a short or longer trip, depending on phone calls I get after 8:00...

I have yet to send a finalized description of my program for the OrRS virtual series; I thought I'd have it done by now, but still trying to tweak the focus after talking to Joanna and Tamara. I'll continue to try to get something done but, at this point, can I assume you wouldn't promote it until next Monday? Or would you want to announce on a Friday?

For now, here are the most important deets and a stab at title/description (to be refined?):
Date: Thursday, January 21, 10:30-11:30am
Title: Legal Reference in the Age of COVID: How Do You Respond?
Summary: Legal reference questions are a special breed. During a year-long pandemic, figuring out how to best assist patrons with their (often intense) legal reference needs is especially difficult. This session will look at reference interview strategies and scripts for effectively responding to patrons legal questions.

I'm sorry it's not more complete, but perhaps Tamara and/or Joanna can take a gander at filling in the details at the meeting today, if important and I'm not there to do so myself!
