[Answerland-summit] Updated OrRS website

Hi team,

Check out the updated website and see what you think
<https://sites.google.com/olaweb.org/oregon-reference-summit/home>. As soon
as there is agreement on the language we use on the site I will update the
"flyers" as well.

Natalie and Mark: Let me know as soon as you have a registration link and I
will add the hyperlink. Also, please ask Ciara for pronouns and a bio and
have her sign off on the session description -- I added a subtitle and
tweaked her first sentence slightly.

Tamara: You and I can ask the other presenters for pronouns and bio.
