Hi all,

Sorry if I already sent this; I'm having a mom-brain moment and can't remember if I did!

We received 17 proposals:

·        5 lightning talks (1 offered to do as 45-min session if needed)

·        7 45-min sessions

·        5 80-min sessions (3 offered to do as 45-min session if needed)

Try to take a look at the proposals before our meeting next Tuesday. We don't have an evaluation template, so just come with your comments and suggestions. I think we'll be able to accept all proposals if we want. Joanna and I are playing around with possible schedules, and will share what we've come up with at the meeting.
