[Answerland-summit] Presenters, registration & scholarships

I also lean towards cancelling.

Given that LCC is moving all of their classes online for Spring Term, it
seems possible that we can get a full refund.

If we publicly announce a cancellation, we can mention that we are
considering the feasibility of doing an online conference later in the
year. That gives the committee the opportunity to take a breath before we
even look into the possibility.
