[Answerland-summit] 2020 evaluation

I think this looks good, Joanna. The only place I noticed there was no
place to put a comment was under "would you recommend attending..."  I
would be curious to know if they put "no" especially. But perhaps they
would naturally do that in the comments of the other sections.
