[Answerland-summit] ORS Team: Call for proposals/next meeting date

Hello ORS planning team,
Sandra and I have met a few times to discuss next steps from our last
group meeting. We need your input.

*1. Call for proposals*

   - We created a call for proposals

   based on what we used last year. Please take a look and see if you have any
   input, concerns etc. (I also created a new folder for 2022
   <https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1vqhMvStxbucCMA6r95iFoAZg99tNHybT>
   )
   - I updated the form
   <https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdn3-ck_8klYgChqLirs_RjnTAXEXKFiSQF8PBdZniokzGrjw/viewform?usp=sf_link>
   for proposals as well. *Mainly wondering if everyone agrees that we are
   shooting for March, May, July as target dates.*
   - We would like to get this out next week to start soliciting
   submissions. Joanna, would you be able to update the website with the new
   proposal and form next week? I'm happy to help.

*2. Next team meeting*

   - We'd like to get the team together for a meeting in early January.
