Hi Joanna,
Thank you! I agree with the branding change…Oregon Reference Summit presents is what we are now.
And thank you for the template as well.
I don’t think I got the email from the 29th, but I suspect it’s because it’s still my old email address in the spreadsheet.
I will update it!

Thanks for getting the ball rolling, Natalie!
Everyone on the team should have received the Dec 29th email about Spring sessions and filling out the survey; please let me know if you didn't receive it! I want to make sure the Former Attendees email list is as up-to-date as possible.
We have only received five survey responses and six January registrations so far, but I think a lot of people are just coming back to work and seeing the email this week and next.
My suggestion for the promo is below. Please edit as desired and sign up to post the info somewhere<https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1g3tKH-64Cr-_q5CP_RGgn0yPs_4Si-hbRrxMiCVhAF0/edit?usp=sharing>! One quick branding note as we publicize: Though we are a virtual version of the Oregon Reference Summit, we are not the Oregon Virtual Reference Summit as that was a different event. We are Oregon Reference Summit presents... or just Oregon Reference Summit.

Hi all,
Happy 2021! I hope you all had some restful time off these last few weeks.
I just wanted to touch base about a few things.
Joanna did a great job getting all or our new sessions up on the website<https://sites.google.com/olaweb.org/oregon-reference-summit/home>, with registration open for our 1/21 Legal Reference Session (yay, Sue!!)
And thank you Lori for getting the session all set up in the OLA Zoom account!
This is the week we agreed to do our first big promotional push for the spring line up, so please let me know where you are able to post here<https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1g3tKH-64Cr-_q5CP_RGgn0yPs_4Si-hbRrxMiCVhAF0/edit#gid=0>
Joanna, did you finalize the email you sent to the past participants? I just figure we can use that or parts of that as a template for promotional posts.
Robin, did you get any feedback from the PCC instruction librarians about joining the Lightning Talk session in February?
Also, I am meeting with Sandra on Friday to give her the lay of the Reference Summit land and she will be joining us for her first meeting next Tuesday. ☺
Thank you all for continuing to participate in this process and helping to pivot the Summit to all digital this last year. I am very grateful to get to work with you all!
All the best,
Natalie
